Job Posting and Screening of desired applicants
Once we receive an emigrate generated demand letter & power of attorney from clients, with all adequate details, we initiate the process of recruiting the desired candidates by searching required/designated profile in our data bank. We do use other tools like job portals, advertisement in national and local newspaper & social medial outreach to get, best of the candidates for desired post.
Selection
We always prefer selection of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we do it with the help of a team of experts and with utmost responsibility
Medical Checkup
We send the workers / candidates for medical check up after final selection. This is conducted by the authorized medical center of the respective embassies of the country of employment.

This clause is not applicable if the candidate has been selected by a company representative
- To recruit the desired candidates as per job requirements mentioned in demand letter.
- Technical trade testing of candidates at GCC or Govt. of India approved testing centers and keeping them ready for clients interview, selection and approval.
- Final interviews are scheduled as desired by the client and also providing all facilities for practical test.
- Providing medical report of the selected candidates, consisting tests as per the employer country’s medical standards.
- We are arranging government formalities like VISA endorsement, emigration clearance, police clearance certificate, attestation of educational and non educational certificates etc
- Placing the approved candidates within your desired time limit under prior intimation to you.
- Pre-departure orientation to the candidate with complete briefing related to profile, code of conduct, labor laws of the country of employment etc. We also arrange for the training and counseling of the selected candidates in order to prepare them for their respective jobs
- All candidates recruited through Elroy Tours & Travels are on a 3-month guarantee period. During this period, if any candidate found unsuitable, Elroy Tours & Travels will repatriate the said candidate at its own expense. Further, a replacement candidate will be provided to the client entirely at Elroy
