Once we receive the necessary documents (demand letter and power of attorney) from our overseas clients, we immediately begin the search for candidates that match the specified job profiles. We maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates and actively post job openings on various platforms, including job portals, newspapers (local and national), and social media channels to ensure candidates have the best opportunity to find suitable roles.
Selection Process
Our priority is to facilitate fair and transparent candidate selection. This process may involve oral or practical tests conducted by the employer or their representative. In cases where we handle the selection on behalf of the employer, our team of experts ensures candidates are evaluated thoroughly and responsibly to match the job requirements.
Medical Checkup
After the final selection, all candidates are sent for medical checkups at authorized medical centers approved by the embassy of the destination country. This ensures that candidates meet the medical standards required for employment abroad.
Visa Application Assistance
To simplify the legal procedures and paperwork for candidates, Elroy Tours & Travels takes care of the visa application process. With authorization from our overseas clients, we handle the submission of your visa application to the respective embassy, ensuring that all documents are in order to speed up the process.
Ticketing and Emigration
As an IATA-accredited travel company, we leverage our strong relationships with various airlines to secure flight tickets for candidates. We strive to confirm seats even during peak travel times and ensure that candidates receive the best available airfare. Additionally, we handle all emigration procedures to ensure a smooth departure.
Pre-Departure Orientation
Before departure, we provide candidates with a comprehensive orientation session. This includes information about your job profile, company policies, code of conduct, and the labor laws of the destination country. Our goal is to prepare you for a successful and comfortable transition to your new work environment.

This clause is not applicable if the candidate has been selected by a company representative
- To recruit the desired candidates as per job requirements mentioned in demand letter.
- Technical trade testing of candidates at GCC or Govt. of India approved testing centers and keeping them ready for clients interview, selection and approval.
- Final interviews are scheduled as desired by the client and also providing all facilities for practical test.
- Providing medical report of the selected candidates, consisting tests as per the employer country’s medical standards.
- We are arranging government formalities like VISA endorsement, emigration clearance, police clearance certificate, attestation of educational and non educational certificates etc
- Placing the approved candidates within your desired time limit under prior intimation to you.
- Pre-departure orientation to the candidate with complete briefing related to profile, code of conduct, labor laws of the country of employment etc. We also arrange for the training and counseling of the selected candidates in order to prepare them for their respective jobs
- All candidates recruited through Elroy Tours & Travels are on a 3-month guarantee period. During this period, if any candidate found unsuitable, Elroy Tours & Travels will repatriate the said candidate at its own expense. Further, a replacement candidate will be provided to the client entirely at Elroy
