      Receive the power of attorney / authority letter / demand letter from the client.
      Submit the power of attorney / authority letter / demand letter to the consulate.
      Make an artwork of the advertisement & Get approval of the same from the client.
      Receive applications, scrutinize & shortlist candidates.
      Organize final interviews at a predefined time & venue if required.
      Send candidates for trade test (if necessary).
      Get new list of selected candidates.
      Co-ordinate Travel arrangement of the selected candidates with the Employers' Agents or our empanelled Travel-Agents.
